Settembre 2003
"Italian Wines 2004", the authoritative wine guide published annually by Gambero Rosso and Slow Food, selects Roccato 2000 as a winner of its top award.

We are proud to report that, for the second consecutive year, the latest available vintage (2000) of Roccato - one of the cutting-edge wines made by our winery – has been selected by the respected publisher Gambero Rosso/Slow Food, for inclusion in the coming edition (2004) of its wine-bible Italian Wines, as one of the exclusive elite of wines upon which the guide confers its highest accolade, the Three Glasses.
Last year, we were delighted to receive the Three Glasses award for the 1999 vintage of Roccato. We were extremely proud to achieve such a significant level of recognition, towards which we had been aspiring for many years. The success of the 2000 vintage of Roccato is, if anything, even more important, since it testifies that the level of quality reached by the 1999 vintage was not a one-off, and, furthermore, it confirms that the winery’s commitment towards consistent increases in quality through hard work is the right strategy to take the winery forward.
On October 25th, 2003 at Parco della Musica in Rome, during the official presentation of the Guide, the prize-winners will be awarded with the “tre bicchieri diploma”.
