In the medieval
village of the Riserva di Fizzano, preparations are already well
under way for Valentine’s weekend. It is shaping up to be
the perfect occasion not just for young lovers but also for all
those who are attracted by the prospect of spending some quality
time with their nearest and dearest. In Rocca delle Macìe’s
wonderful rural retreat, you will enjoy a weekend of total relaxation,
in complete privacy, as sumptuous cuisine is served up for your
delectation. The staff at the Riserva are pulling out all the
stops to offer guests an irresistible program: dinner for two
in the village restaurant on Saturday 14th February, with accommodation
in one of the warm and welcoming apartments, followed by breakfast
on the morning of the 15th. All for only €150.

created by Matteo: Antipasto di Fizzano, parmesan soufflè
in truffle sauce, pecorino cheese with home-made honey, heart-shaped
pasta filled with cheese and served in a fresh tomato and basil
sauce, Tuscan-flavored beef, purèe of home-grown potatoes
and spinach, Catalan cream. Water and coffee included.
