Rocca delle Macìe wines fly to Brazil for the 2010 Decanter Wine Show
From August 2 through 6, Rocca delle Macìe will be making its debut appearance at the Decanter Wine Show, the event organized by the Brazilian company Decanter, which is the new importer of the Zingarelli family's wines. With a view to promoting high-quality wines in Brazil, Decanter is bringing together the world's leading producers in a touring event that will be inaugurated in Rio de Janeiro, before visiting Sao Paolo and Belo Horizonte, with its final stop-off in Florianopolis. The DWS is now in its third year, and has already become one of the most eagerly awaited events in the wine-industry calendar in Brazil, a country that is currently experiencing a period of vigorous economic expansion. Not only is Brazil the fifth-largest export market for Rocca delle Macìe wines, it is also the export market with the greatest potential for future growth. Winery president Sergio Zingarelli will attend the event along with his son Andrea.
