Rocca delle Macie

Orvieto Classico

Defined by Italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio as ‘Italian sunshine in a bottle’, Orvieto has been lauded by poets, artists and illustrious individuals since ancient times. When Pinturicchio painted in Orvieto, he stipulated in his contract that they supply him with “as much wine as he could drink”, and so it comes as no surprise that Orvieto is one of the most popular Italian white wines around the world. Rocca delle Macìe’s Orvieto Classico is made on selected estates from grapes harvested in the historic production zone. This fresh, fruity wine is ideal as an aperitif.
