The Restaurant is located in one of the buildings in the hamlet of Fizzano and is open both to those staying at the complex and non-residents. Some of the dishes are prepared in full accordance with authentic, traditional Tuscan recipes, whereas others reinterpret traditional dishes in a modern style – made using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables from the family garden and wines from Rocca delle Macìe complement and enrich the culinary experience on offer at the restaurant.

The restaurant is an ideal place to re-charge your proverbial batteries, immersing yourself in the Zingarelli family’s vineyards as you sample wines from the extensive Rocca delle Macìe selection.




Theme dinners, private lunches and dinners, weddings

The Relais can be used to host private events, such as anniversaries and weddings, or for business dinners or meetings – whatever the event, exclusivity and discretion are the watchwords. Several months’ notice is ideally required.
